The historic building is over 130 years old, dating back to 1892 and located 120km north-east of Perth. The Mogumber Hub is situated on the midlands railway line, the first transport route of the district and offered as a welcome stop for travellers along the Bindoon-Moora Road as well as earning its keep as the local watering hole for the tiny towns population. Under community ownership, profits enable improved services and facilities for the district.
