Perth City has over 900 speciality shops, various unique arcades and several big department stores and is the main hub for shoppers, from high end brands such as Gucci or Bally to the less expensive high street stores. There’s plenty of surf shops, diamond and opal jewellery, electronics, Australian products and souvenirs, and there’s always a cafe close by to refresh, rest your feet and admire your purchases.

If you’ve got plenty of credit left, head to King Street in the West End. Only a five minute walk west of the CBD, King Street is home to luxury brands such as Prada, Chanel, Bally, Empire Rose, TAG Heuer, Kookai and Louis Vuitton, and it’s worth visiting just for the architecture and ambiance – think Europe or Melbourne. There is also great shopping at enex140 and Raine Squarewith floors of fashion, food, homewares, jewellery and gifts.

Subiaco is only one train stop from Perth and is well known for a selection of fine jewellery stores including a number specialising in Australian pearls.
