AmberChes Spirits is a family run distillery based in the Swan Valley. Our cellar door is nestled among eleven acres of lush grapevines along the Great Northern Highway where you can try our award-winning spirits, enjoy some food with a glass of wine or cocktail and even turn your hand to producing your own Gin in one of our Gin Distilling Master classes. AmberChes was named Best Beverage Producer in the Swan Business Awards 2023 and 2024 with opening hours Friday to Monday, 11am to 5pm, and additional hours shown on our website.
