Scarborough is home to Western Australia’s only beachside pool, which is geothermally heated so it can be enjoyed all year round. The main lap pool heated to a perfect 27 degrees has eight 50 metre lanes and four 25 metre lanes so there is plenty of space for swimmers of all abilities. In addition, there is a separate shallow leisure pool heated to 32 degrees which is ideal for swimming lessons and relaxing. The pool is wheelchair accessible and connected to the main promenade by a convenient lift. The pool complex includes Zoie Cafe open to pool users and beachgoers alike and La Capannina Italian Restaurant with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean.
