All advertising material submitted for publication will be accepted only on the understanding that the material is not in contravention of any provision of Part V of the Trade Practices Act.

Payment: All orders submitted in accordance with the indicated rates will be accepted by the Publisher subject to the agreement of the Advertiser to be liable for payment of all charges becoming due for publishing the advertisement.
Cancellations: Advertisers will be required to submit a one-month notice of cancellation. Advertisements accepted for publication may not be cancelled without the Publisher’s consent.
