A vibrant new First Nations exhibition is opening in South Fremantle.

WANGKA KUTJU, TJUKURPA TJUTA – One Voice, Many Stories opens on Friday 29 May at Earlywork, presented by Artitja Fine Art Gallery. Featuring paintings and 2D sculptural works by artists from Kaltjiti Arts in remote South Australia, the exhibition brings together a powerful collection exploring Country, culture and storytelling – from ancestral Tjukurpa to personal lived experiences.

Across the exhibition, you’ll see detailed patterns and marks reflecting the landscapes surrounding Fregon, alongside unique pieces like the Minyma Mamu metal sculptures, which carry cultural meaning and knowledge. Artists from Kaltjiti Arts will also be in attendance for the opening weekend, offering a rare opportunity to meet them and experience the works in a more personal and meaningful way.
