Varsity Waterford is levelling up, unveiling a major expansion that more than doubles its size and introduces a brand new 300sqm arcade.

To mark the occasion, Varsity Waterford will host a grand opening on Thursday, 14 August from 5:00pm. The celebration will feature half-price arcade games, a live DJ from 5:00pm, a roaming GIF photobooth capturing moments from the crowd, and a range of food and drink specials running from Thursday 14 August through to Sunday 17 August.

Designed as a full-scale entertainment zone, the arcade will feature more than 50 games, showcasing cutting-edge interactive gaming tech – whether chasing high scores, challenging mates, or simply playing for fun, there’s something for everyone. A dedicated prize counter will even oQer a range of unique collectables like skateboard decks, labubus and Star Wars helmets, all to ensure hard-earned points don’t go to waste.

The expansion furthers Varsity’s mission to bring good times to every corner of Perth. With arcade spaces now in seven of its nine venues, including Northbridge, Nedlands, Joondalup, Morley, and Cannington and Whitfords (coming soon) — Varsity continues to evolve into one of WA’s most exciting all-in-one social destinations.
