Contrary to their tour name, The Rubens have no intention of holding back as they are now set to hit the road this June with their Hold Me Back Tour. Playing their biggest headline shows yet in Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, these once-in-a-lifetime concerts will give fans an opportunity to see a band at a thriving and momentous phase of their career. The band burst onto the scene four years ago with their Platinum-certified debut The Rubens, composed of the three Menangle-born brothers plus two friends. The album rocketed to no. 3 on the ARIA Album Chart and earned The Rubens three ARIA Award nominations, while thumping track ‘My Gun’ picked up both Rock Work of the Year at 2013’s APRA Music Awards and a spot in the top 10 of triple j 2012 Hottest 100.
