This spring, QT Perth invites you to ascend to the Rooftop and step into a rum-soaked reverie with the launch of Sunset Caña Club, an elevated escape where ruby skies, Flor de Caña cocktails, and tropical rhythms collide in a celebration of sunshine and style.

From Friday, 10 October through to January, Sunset Caña Club transforms the Rooftop at QT into a lush, laid-back playground in the sky. Towering palms sway against bursts of hibiscus, as Perth’s skyline shimmers in the golden hour glow. Neon signs buzz to life, slow-groove DJ sets fill the air, and the Rooftop shifts into its sunset state of mind – vibrant, relaxed and unmistakably QT.

At the heart of the experience is Flor de Caña, the award-winning Nicaraguan rum that stars across a bespoke spring cocktail menu. From citrus-fresh spritzes to bold, short-and-strong pours for the rum aficionados, every sip captures the essence of late afternoon indulgence.

Cocktails include:

• Aloe Ha Vera – Flor de Caña 4yo, Italicus, pear, aloe & ginger beer. Zingy, herbal and fresh.
• Island Flower – Flor de Caña 4yo, elderflower, peach & lime. Floral, tart and zesty.
• Dolce Colada – A silky remix of the classic with coconut, salted caramel, pineapple & lime.
• Cask Ritual – Flor de Caña 12yo with barrel-aged bitters & sugar. Rich, bold and stiff.
