Sandro Fay Wine Dinner

State Buildings are thrilled to host an exclusive dinner with Marco Fay, the son of Sandro Fay and the visionary behind the esteemed Sandro Fay winery. Marco, alongside his sister Elena, continues the family’s tradition of combining classic winemaking with modern techniques. The Sandro Fay winery sustainably cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards in the Valtellina region of Lombardy, producing Nebbiolo’s that reflect the region’s unique altitude and exposure.

This intimate four-course dinner at POST, curated by Executive Chef Lucas Fernandes, will feature dishes thoughtfully paired with Sandro Fay wines. Guests will also have the chance to hear directly from Marco about his family’s winemaking journey. With limited spots available, this is a rare opportunity to indulge in both exquisite cuisine and wine.

Supper Club at Wine Merchant

From now until Sunday, 2 March, State Buildings are offering a late-night Supper Club experience at Wine Merchant, perfect for a post-show bite or a late evening out. Guests can enjoy a relaxed, delicious menu from 9:30pm to 10:30pm, with the kitchen closing at 10:45pm. This offering is available nightly on Wednesday to Saturday and provides the perfect way to end your evening in the heart of the State Buildings.
