Get ready for a night of music, dancing and celebration as the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra (WAYJO) presents Queer Anthems at The Rechabite in Northbridge on Sunday 8 November 2026.

As part of PrideFEST 2026, WAYJO’s 18-piece Resonance Jazz Orchestra will put a big band spin on some of the most iconic queer anthems, featuring music from Gloria Gaynor, Madonna, ABBA, Kylie Minogue, Chappell Roan and more.

Joining the orchestra is singer-songwriter Queency, bringing plenty of personality and energy to this one-night-only performance. Expect powerful vocals, lively brass arrangements and familiar hits reimagined with a jazz twist, all in celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.

The event takes place at The Rechabite, 224 William Street, Northbridge, with doors opening at 7pm and the show running from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
