WHAT IS MUSIC DAY? Originally in France, on the first day of summer, amateur and professional musicians are encouraged to perform in the streets. We want to export the concept of music celebration ‘Fete de la musique’ to Perth and have an eclectic day of music at The Bird in Northbridge to promote the local music community and enable amateurs to perform on a stage. The lineup includes local bands of rock, hip hop and electro. If you want to lose yourself to dance, join us at The Bird on the 24th of June.
