The festivities kick off Sunday November 29 at 4pm and will run until 9pm. St Patrick’s Anglican Church corner First Avenue, flowing down Wenberi Lane to 2nd Ave IGA and spilling out in front of UnchARTed Collective on Beaufort Street. This is a free landmark event boasting a wide array of activities that are bound to please including camel rides, artisan stalls, food vans and markets. The festival will be accompanied by live music throughout, with a relaxed wine and beer garden to while away the evening. Activities will be punctuated by the world premiere of a Perry Joyce work by the Soprano Project, and culminating with Carols by Candlelight complete with concert band and live nativity scene. Oh – and don’t forget the lighting of the soon to be iconic Mount Lawley Christmas tree… see you there!
