Millbrook Winery is a hive of activity with vintage in full swing! This is your chance to get up close to the whole process, from harvesting the vines to crushing, pressing and fermentation in the winery. Senior winemaker Damian Hutton will start the day with a vineyard walk-through and tour of the winery. Then, take your seat in the restaurant to enjoy the fruits of these labours with a long lunch prepared by award-winning chef & gardener Guy Jeffreys and his team.
