Kuld Creamery is bringing back its beloved Crumble in time for Winter, with expanded inclusive alternatives, a new flavour, and a nostalgic pop-up in Highgate, where the brand’s journey first began.

First launched in winter 2024 across Kuld’s Fremantle and Northbridge stores, the Kuld Crumble quickly became a seasonal staple. A dish of warm stewed fruit, topped with golden shortbread crumble, and finished with a pour of velvety custard, a scoop of Kuld’s handcrafted ice cream – or both!

In 2025, it’s back by popular demand, with the addition of a new gluten-free, vegan maple crumble and a vegan coconut vanilla custard alternative, a new sour cherry flavour, and excitingly, a new home – a dedicated pop-up store in Highgate.

Affectionately known as The Laneway, this cosy Highgate spot holds a special place in the brand’s story, as the original location where founders, Kaitlyn & Mati Kuld, first opened their doors in 2016.

To celebrate the return of this iconic sweet treat, Kuld will host an opening night party at their Laneway location in Highgate on Friday, May 2. From 6 – 8pm, dessert lovers can enjoy free Crumble serves, along with live music and giveaways, marking the return of this winter favourite.
