The Fremantle Seafood Festival will be held on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th February 2016, from 10am to 5pm at Fishing Boat Harbour, Fremantle. The Fremantle Seafood Festival celebrates the abundance of seafood and the history of the industry that the Fremantle Port city is famous for. With a world-class array of fresh, organic local produce, combined with the vibrant, fun ambience of Fremantle, the Fremantle Seafood Festival is a food event like no other. The Festival attracts locals and tourists, food and wine enthusiasts, and families looking for a day out. In 2015, visitor numbers were close to 10,000, with 20,000 visitors expected for a two day festival in 2016. The location on Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour is idyllic in its heritage and history, plus its modern amenities and attractions. The Fremantle Seafood Festival has full support of the WA Fishing Industry Council (WAFIC) and the City of Fremantle.
