Get ready for a whole new world of indulgence! – Beginning as a celebration Italy’s finest food and wine, 2015 marked the first edition of Festival Italia (formerly The Italian Wine and Food Festival), brought to you by the Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Australia – Perth Inc. Last year over 1,000 festivalgoers stepped into an experience that delivered world-class Italian cuisine right to their backyard in Perth. This September 10th (10am to 9pm) and 11th (11am to 5pm), Festival Italia is back at the Perth Town Hall. However, this time we’re taking things to a completely new level of indulgence. We’re bringing over 100 new Italian premium wine varieties to taste, including White, Rose’, Sparkling and Red directly poured by the importer or producers. We’ll also be providing expert advice with our wine classes, designed to take you on a journey into the world of Italy’s finest. Our selection of wine is the perfect accompaniment to our Festival Market stalls, where you can shop from a variety of quality Italian foods made fresh by some of Perth’s most talented Italian chefs. We’ll also be featuring cooking demonstrations from culinary master Roberto Dal Seno, who is flying in to Perth for the event.
