A dinner event for food and wine lovers, the majority of the evenings will be held in Fraser’s Private Dining Room where guests will enjoy a sensational selection of regional cuisine and superbly matched premium wines. The regional cuisine will be designed and prepared by Fraser’s Head Chef, Rhys Jones. Each of the five tapas style dishes will be synonymous with the cuisine of the region selected for the evening’s event and will include an accompanying glass of wine which has been specifically selected to perfectly complement the dish. The wines will be selected by our Sommelier and will feature a wide range of exceptional wines from each of the chosen regions. These events offer food and wine lovers the opportunity to enjoy an evening focused on quality food and wine and give the guests the opportunity to sample a number of different types of cuisines and wines.
