Visit AQWA these school holidays for their Shark Month extravaganza from 1 – 16 July, 10am – 5pm. Meet the new juvenile sharks, have fun with awesome kids activities and enjoy special activities for Shark Awareness Day on 14 July. Meet the 7 newest juvenile sharks to join the AQWA shark squad, including two species never before seen at AQWA. Discover their quickly talents and unique features, like which shark is a nervous nelly around people and which can dive to over 400m! You can also take a bite out of some awesome free kids crafts, shark featurettes in the theatre and bonus shark talks every day. On Shark Awareness Day kids can join in the fun and dig for shark teeth in the special SHARKaeologist activity. Whatever they unearth, they get to take home! Activity is available from 10.30am and included in the standard AQWA entry fee. Plus there will be a special edition of AQWA’s Shark Sleepovers being held for Shark Awareness Day for kids aged 7 – 12.
