Mandoon Estate

Mandoon Estate offers a unique range of experiences in the beautiful Swan Valley Wine Region, only twenty minutes’ drive east of the Perth CBD. Explore and enjoy a la carte fine dining, craft brewery and casual dining, function centre, gourmet deli, an Aboriginal art gallery, accommodation and kids playground.

Mandoon Estate, established in 2008 by the Erceg family, recognizes and respects the traditions and culture of the Noongar people. The Erceg family has quickly established themselves as a significant player in the Western Australian wine industry. Their passion for winemaking and commitment to quality is evident in the boutique range of premium wines produced at Mandoon Estate. The estate acquired the historic ‘Roe Family property’ in Caversham, Swan Valley, which has a historical heritage that dates back to 1840. The word “Mandoon” itself is derived from the Noongar language, meaning “place of many trees,” and was chosen by the Erceg family as a tribute to the traditional owners of the land.

2014 heralded the grand opening of the current venue. In December 2017, Maya Maya at Mandoon Estate was opened; 32 luxury rooms built for visitors to stay and enjoy the stunning grounds of Mandoon Estate and indulge in the gourmet offerings of the region. Overlooking the historic Verdelho vines planted in 1895 and the banks of the Swan River, you can relax over a leisurely lunch in one of their restaurants, a gourmet ramble and gallery hopping around the Valley, or bush walking and mountain biking in the nearby national parks.
