The Great Northern Distillery has the process of spirit-tasting down to a fine art. Offering their extensive range of premium barrel-aged rums, gin, vodka and delectable liqueurs since 2006. This friendly boutique distillery is the Swan Valley home of the Kimberley Rum Company, the makers of the internationally awarded Canefire Rum. Come and enjoy a refreshing cocktail, or a tipple of handcrafted premium Australian rum, in the courtyard and grassed al fresco area. Tastings available for individuals, couples and small groups of under 12 people.
