Established in 2023, Australian Black Limes is Australia’s first locally grown black lime farm. After discovering the unique flavour and benefits of black limes, Grant and Veronica began producing and sharing this exotic aged citrus from their off-grid farm in rural Western Australia. Sustainability is at the heart of their journey. Visit the farm to tour the orchard, hear their story and challenges, and taste handcrafted black lime condiments, spices and sauces made on-site.
