Kwinana is about to glow!

The OMG! Festival returns in 2026 with a refreshed four-day celebration of light, storytelling and community, transforming the Calista Oval Precinct into a vibrant after-dark playground from Thursday 26 February to Sunday 1 March.

Expect large-scale light installations, interactive artworks, live music, food trucks, pop-up bars and plenty of family-friendly fun across four themed nights. One of the big highlights is The Falcon – a spectacular four-metre-high puppet with a ten-metre wingspan – alongside immersive audio-visual works and projection art by local and nationally recognised artists. Each night brings a different vibe, from the gentle opening evening Light Begins, through the buzz of Live, Local, Luminous on Friday and the high-energy Creative Energy Saturday showcase, before wrapping up with a relaxed, family-focused Light Lives On farewell on Sunday.
