WA’s own Birds Of Tokyo will headline Cockburn Sun Sets on Saturday 21 February with a free community concert at Success Regional Sporting Facility. Fresh off their Starlights Tour, the ARIA-award-winning band will bring their much-loved mix of contemporary rock to the City of Cockburn, with the night celebrating their latest single Starlights, created in support of the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Music kicks off from 5pm, with support from Caravãna Sun, Steph Strings, Charlie Collins and Ricky Neil Jr, before Birds Of Tokyo take the stage with favourites like Lanterns, Good Lord, Brace and Unbreakable. It’s all part of Cockburn’s popular free, all-ages summer concert series, which draws crowds from across Perth each year.
Alongside the live music, there’ll be plenty of family-friendly activities, including a Youth Zone with inflatables and giant games, plus ticketed carnival rides for those keen on a bit of extra excitement. Bring a picnic rug, arrive early, and enjoy a relaxed summer evening of live music, community and entertainment under the stars.
