Eat

Head to the Boardwalk stalls for a selection of one hander eats, designed to devour with beer in hand.  The IOBC stall will be slinging a Smoked Brisket Burger with slaw, pickles and chipotle mayo , plus their epic Chery Smoked Reuben with lager braised sauerkraut on a pretzel bun. The Boat will be firing up a full pig on a spit with Roast Pork Baguette with IOBC Sundown cider gravy or  Pork Bahn Mi with crusty roll, pickled vege & chilli mayo.
