These flavours are exclusively available at Miss Mi in September 2025 for dinner only.

Known for their elevated fried ice cream, Fry’d makes their desserts with premium Italian gelato encased in a perfectly hot and crispy crumb. Miss Mi is bringing our signature heat and flair to the collab, with a touch of spice and Southeast Asian flavour to create two seriously crave-worthy selections that you won’t find anywhere else:

Szechuan Caramel: A daring blend of creamy caramel gelato, Szechuan caramel ripple, and a dusting of Szechuan salt. Think spice, sweetness, and that signature tingle all in one bite.

Vanilla & Coconut: A nostalgic nod to the fried ice cream of your childhood, with vanilla and coconut gelato, coconut crumb, and a silky coconut sauce. Hot and crispy, yet smooth and satisfying.
