Kings Park offers a relaxing family location to enjoy New Year’s Eve and celebrate the turning of the year at midnight. The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority promotes a smoke-free, alcohol-free and glass-free venue. Sparklers and portable barbecues are not permitted in the park. Please remember that Kings Park and Botanic Garden is a spike-free venue, which means no shade tents or marquees are to be erected.
